Rübezahl sells chocolate as well as fudge, jelly, and caramel products under the confectionary brand Friedel. Over the last couple of years, year-round products were added to the original seasonal Friedel assortment, such as jelly and fudge products. 

The “little fat Santa Claus,” as well as the "little long ear bunny" assortments turned out to be some of the most popular Friedel products, which are being produced with UTZ certified cocoa since 2013.
