With the premium brand Gubor, which has been a part of the Rübezahl group since 2008, Rübezahl added premium products to its assortment.
Since 2013, Gubor has once again sought out black forest ingredients, using black forest milk, black forest fruit confections, and black forest brandies. For its chocolate, Gubor uses UTZ certified cocoa from sustainable cultivation.
The three-star-chef from the black forest, Harald Wohlfahrt, supports Gubor with his creative input from his star cuisine and as a gusto ambassador.
In 2014, Gubor received the RUNDSCHAU‘s "Sweetie" innovation award for food sales for the sixth time and was admitted into the “Hall of Fame” through the prestigious award.
